The Meals - Great Western Fare
Upon leaving the Kananaskis Ranch, we have already packed your lunch for you! During a scheduled lunch break we lay out the blanket and set you up picnic style. Your lunch consists of a couple of sandwiches, a piece of fruit, a drink and a yummy treat!

Our BackCountry Cooks are trained both as guides and cooks - to provide hearty backcountry meals. We maintain authentic Western cuisine consistent with backcountry excursions of the old Wild West. Your Dinner is served buffet style and may contain the following menu items:
- Chicken, Steak, or Pork
- Salad (Garden or Caesar)
Rise and shine with the early birds! Your breakfast is also served buffet style and may consist of the following menu:
- Eggs
- Bacon and Sausage
- French Toast
- Pancakes
- Hot Cereal
- Juice, Coffee and Tea
